*****ING DATA AND AIRTIME
MTN has been *****ing airtime and data for the past two weeks. Every single time i recharge the funds magically disappear from my account without me making a call. i bought a 1GB data bundle, switched off my cellular data and connected to wifi , before sleeping i turned on airplane mode and i wake up to 19MB of data. i can

Kindly be advised that the airtime and data bundles were used up on internet connections. Please be advised that besides internet browsing your handset can also generate charges through updating and the running of data applications in the background. Please also close off all the pages that you were using before turning on the airplane mode because once you put off the airplane mode, the pages that were opened will continue running.
Rest assured, it is not our intention to displease you. We look forward to improving on the service delivery to you.
