I just received 2 smses to confirm that someone (who is NOT me!!) has linked 2 numbers (unknown to ME!!) to my MTN dataShare service. How is this possible? According to the call centre I am the only 1 that is able to link numbers and yet this was done while I was out on my lunch break? Shocking MTN. What kind of security do you have when you are supposed to be protecting all our sensitive information!!
