*****ing by using your debit orders! Do not do debit orders with this network provider!!!!

I have cancelled my simcard for my modem in November already!!!!!! YEt this useless company is deducting +R600 every month from my account, and my modem is not even working! I am doing debit order reversals at my bank tomorrow from December until now, and I will never ever ever use this useless network ever again. Utterly disappointed that it had to get to this point. Please listen to my calls as well, as you've recorded it. I even said that I do not want to have an open contract, where you keep my contract open at a 0 balance incase I change my mind!! I will not change my mind. I will use another network who does not ***** from me!!!
