*****ing airtime and forceful subscriptions

I have only been with NTN for less then three weeks and I’m already regretting my decision. I bought R100 airtime yesterday and I bought data for R30 that was one gig for the next seven days. When I check my airtime today it is lower than expected and when I call the CallCenter they tell me that I am subscribed to a gaming app. I don’t even play games and I don’t even have games on my phone. So MTN I would like my airtime back because what you doing is unfair I don’t even have a month with you and I’m already fed up.
