*****ING AIRTIME
<p>I am sick and tired of buying MTN airtime for my husband just so that MTN can ***** it. I load the airtime from our bank account and without my husband making any outgoing calls his airtime balance is R0.00<br />We are not stupid so background data is turned off, automatic updates are turned off, mobile data is turned off and no calls made. None to use the entire airtime bundle loaded. This is the umpteenth month it has happened... how long before MTN gets their act together??? And do we sit back and smile about the ****** airtime that we won't get back????</p>

02 Aug 2017, 11:45Dates taken from my Capitec Purchase history for airtime and data. My husband does not make much outgoing calls, none to the effect of his airtime to deplete completely. We purchase data bundles so the airtime isn't converted into data either.
20 Jun 2017 - purchased R30
No outgoing calls logged and data available for use
28 Jun 2017 - purchased R30 again after 20 Jun purchase vanished.
During July hardly any outgoing calls so he should have had airtime available. But again a R0 balance.
