Stay clear of MTN

Worst mobile network with the most *********** staff! I upgraded my phone on the 05/10/23 at the Glen mall. After sitting in store for close to 4 hours due to incompetence my phone was upgraded, only for my line to be blocked that same evening. It has now been a week with my line being disconnected and not any closer to a solution as no one knows how to fix the mess that has been created!
