Contract expired on 20 October 2022, phoned MTN to make sure that the contract has ended. Lady explained I need to give MTN 30day notice for contract cancelation. How the hell does this evens make sense?

How can you give notice for a contract that expired. Then MTN also has a very good technique, i phoned 135 4 times, do al the security checks, when you tell them you want to cancel they want to sell something to you. When it gets to the cancelation part phone just cuts out.

went to the MTN store, they lady said they cannot do cancelations in store anymore you have to phone to cancel.

Being a loyal MTN customer, paying my account on time and getting such bad service is unacceptable. I will never ever recommend MTN to people. Im DONE with MTN thats for sure.
