STAY AWAY VERY VERY BAD SERVICE

Im trying to sort out my account with them and none of the opperators is helpfull. i asked on fb messanger if a manager can assist me and call me. its no joke trying to get hold of mtn and when you do they either dont understand or its this and thats.. On fb i tried asking if someone can assit me they asked my details i did gave them my number they now insists that i send them my id and all details as i did rep**** to them im not giving my personal details on fb even if its per message inbox my account can easily be hacked and my information can be used so i am not giving that on a social media platform. as from explaining that 5 or 6 messages inbetween us they still dont want to help or contact me without me giving all detail on fb. i told them please give me a call from a manager i will give them the details then over the phone. But still no help. MTN WILL NEVER GET ANY BUSSINESS FROM ME AGAIN AND I WILL NOT LET ANYBODY I KNOW BE SO STIPUD TO GET CONTRACTS FROM THEM. FROM NOW ON ILL JUST GO TO VODACOM OR CELL C WHERE ITS A PLEASURE TO WORK WITH PEOPLE.
