Stay away from MTN!!!!! You will find better service @Telkom!!! (and we all know Telkom....)

Absolutely the worst provider out there!!!! Opted to get a new phone from them, after 4 months of not receiving the device (while I was being billed every month!!) which they claimed to be 'faulty' and sent back to the warehouse. I cancelled the contract as I was being billed and no eta on a new device, contract gets cancelled with no additional fees as per agents confirmation, next month I get slammed with a 15K!!!!! bill for DATA???! phoned them for months to get resolved but get told they see the bill is incorrect but need to escalate to a manager, no feedback or any resolution after months of phoning and trying. Now getting harassed by Debt collectors due to their incompetence and a ****ty credit score. While they still owe me money!!!
