**********! I received an SMS confirming an order had been submitted this morning, I DID NOT ORDER ANYTHING!!!!!! I am waiting for this contract to end, so I can CANCEL! I called your ***** line, hung on for 30 MINUTES, only for Kelvin in your ***** department to DROP the CALL!!!!!! I am disgusted! I want this issue resolved, WHO and WHERE does this "Order" come from? I will be taking my business elsewhere as soon as I am able, EIGHT YEARS I have pumped THOUSANDS into your business, this black hole!!!!!
