Stay away from MTN they SUCK

So I took out a cellphone contract with MTN for 2x handsets. This happened geeeeeeez so long ago lets see in middle to end October 2017 online. 28 October received an email that they require doc's I rep**** to email with scanned doc's, to an ********** email address. Then I waited a week passed I called ********** 667 and they told me still pending awaiting doc's I say I forwarded already so I re submitted the docs via email. This was now beginning November 2017 and heard nothing from MTN after numerous calls to the above number and emails to the email heard nothing. Then on the 15/11/2017 @ 4.33pm I received an sms saying "Dear Valued Customer" LMAO contract has been approved and courier company would contact me for delivery. So I waited and waited it is now 06.12.2017 still heard NOOOOTHING from nobody so finally decided to call ********** 667 the party line"WE ARE SO SORRY" LMAO once again. Got given an reference number/tracking number ********** 115 and put through to courier company spoke to agent said parcel has been lying by company and so sorry for delay would contact delivery dept. so they can deliver to me ASAP. Again f@@@en joke. So up until today we going on 3 months now and well have not received "jacks@ ********** SO PLEASE STAY AWAY FROM MTN BAAAAAAAAAAAAD VERY BAD SERVICE.
