STAY AWAY FROM MTN, THEY ARE BAD

I requested a new contract and when the device was delivered, i noticed that it was wrong, and I requested assistance with recollection and cancellation of the contract. Now it's been more than a week and all I get from MTN is back and forth, where they say i must call their subcontractors who push me back to MTN saying they did not process the order. Now I am stuck with a device that I can't use and no one wants to assist. I even went to one of their shops and I was not assisted as they said they are franchise and only deal with walkin customers.
