Stay away from MTN Rogues....!!!!! worst SP in the country ...

they don't even deserve a 1 star rating ,

Please stay away from MTN, apart from there services up to Sh*tz...there billing department , have no clue what they doing, tried doing a renewal after being with MTN more than 20 years with one SP, should have seen the signs from the last 5 years but still gave them chances only to be told now that MTN does not allow any other methods of payments towards the account besides debit orders, was told this by the agent, and i refused only because when we was on debit order, MTN went to town with our accounts and debits unnecessary payments, and when was queried after months they realized there error and gave a credit and i immediately took this off debit orders. now the contract has ended ands MTN is now charging me a fortune on the account, tried cancelling the account with the agents that never happened either, now they are racking up the bill and I don't want to have anything to do with MTN any more, if they have some sort of courtesy or even understand the basics of customer service please call me on ***, account in questions is ***...i know this is a wild card here cos the chances of them giving any sh*t toward their customers is highly unlikely...but i don't know what else to do here....anyone can assist i am open to anything right now ...
