STAY AWAY FROM MTN!!! ****MERS!!!!

STAY AWAY FROM MTN!!! PATHETIC SERVICE IS AN UNDERSTATEMENT!!!! On 23rd August I purchased a LTE month to month internet package of R499 via the internet. I paid R643 using my debit card. I received the device on the 28th and and RICA'd the sim card on the 29th. On the 10th September i was sent an email to advise that they will be suspending my service. WHAT??? I emailed customer service on the 11th September to find out why this is happening?? Apparently I have not paid my bill. WHAT BILL? I just paid you R 643?? I received a response 3 days later that the billing system works this way: You get billed 2 months in advance not arrears as they put. So i should have paid them R1143 - R143 for August and R499 for September and R499 for October. But this is not communicated to you anywhere. They are clearly misleading the public with their offering. MTN should be investigated for their operating business model and their billing system, . I visited their CENTURY CITY branch and their agents as much as told me to go away and not to make my problem theirs!!! If their agents at the branches are only there to make sales targets then MTN should make that clear to the unsuspecting public. I say this because their agents clearly have no idea what SERVICE TO A CLIENT MEANS!!!! Not one of these agents at MTN could explain to me what happened to my R499 for September month!! They themselves have no clue how their billing system works. MTN should be reported to the NATIONAL CONSUMER COMMISSION FOR UNFAIR BUSINESS PRACTICES!!! The public is non the wiser of how they are being s**** ed over by them. I am now cancelling this month to month contract!! MTN YOU CAN KEEP THE R499 but i hope many more people see this and will be alluded to your ****!! NEVER NEVER AGAIN WILL I PURCHASE ANYTHING RELATED TO MTN. THERE ARE MANY OTHER SERVICES PROVIDERS USING MTN - INTERNET USERS BEWARE BEFORE YOU KNOW YOUR INTERNET SERVICE WILL BE CANCELLED!!!
