Stay away from MTN insurance their underwriters are ***********

MTN insurance underwriters Santam is terrible. MTN recycled my number while I was still insured, I them resorted to cancelling my insured devices. They cancelled one device and left one and changed to cash payment upon this realisation I requested for the cancellation they kept on ignoring me and continued to bill me. When I find out they say they didn’t get the request although I’ve provided emails showing my frustrations on a simple cancellation.
