Stay away from MTN insurance

My Cell phone screen cracked. Im insured with MTN. It took over a week and more than 8 phone calls to arrange collection of the phone. For every stage of the process I have had to call and prompt them and twice they put me on hold and then hung up on me. Each time the information I had provided were not captured. My phone was collected on 17 January. It is now 30 January and it has still not been returned nor have I been contacted by MTN. I called yesterday and was told that MTN couldn't get hold of the company fixing my phone. The same thing again today, they cant get hold of the company, cant give me their number and have no idea where my phone is. I asked to speak to the manager and was told to leave my details. This service it totally pathetic.
