Stay away from MTN if you have a choice.

MTN's customer service is simply appalling.

I purchased a secondary sim card for one of my MTN data contracts. It has been a week, but this sim card does not connect to the internet. Calls to the customer centre are always disconnected once you have made your way through the unintelligible maze of options apparently designed to keep you from talking to an actual person.

If it were not such a mission to change service provider, I would do so without thinking twice.
