Stay away from MTN good people, it's a ****!!

I bought a phone Jan 2024, I asked for the cash price, I was told that I can pay the cash price but the phone will be on contract still. I was told not to worry since I paid the cash price they won't be deducting anything from my account to my surprise they started deducting R460 from my account this May as to why I do not know because I paid the cash price for the phone. I called the call center I was told that the money I paid for the phone was until this year April, so that's why!! Imagine!!
