Stay away from MTN

I would advise everyone who is reading this to cut off the line immediately when an MTN representative phones you about any sort of contract.Just don't do it to yourself. MTN phoned me with a data package deal that sounded good so I took it for my modem at my holiday home. The contract is an everyday 30GB for two years. As it is my holiday home I am not always here. I have only had this contract for a month and already twice when I get here it doesn't give me internet access or is suspended. I wasn't here for a week I get here yesterday and it doesn't work. The real problem I have is that I can't for life find anyone at MTN to help me. I have been on the line phoning numerous different numbers for over 90 minutes this morning! I have been placed on hold 3 times which keeps for 20 minutes at a time or till I just can't bare it anymore and the two times I got through eventually just to be cut off as soon as Malagi or Thembi answers. There is just no way to sort this out. All the while I have important business to do and need the Internet for which I am paying for so diligently. I have tried facebook and emailing their help centre. when they will and if the will get back to me nobody knows. Just stay away from mtn it is not worth your blood pressure!!
