STAY AWAY FROM MTN CONTRACTS - try TELKOM & VODACOM

I requested a cancellation fee for my contract, they provide me with the amount after i hassled to get it, I made the payment but as I type this my contract is still active after I called and even escalated the matter to their complaint department. Only to tell me they see the money but it's short, I tell them that's the amount you provided and they go mute, no statements sent, no communication and they expect me to pay extra R3,000.00 after I had paid R14,800.00 specified by them. Stay away from MTN contracts, I cancelled Telkom contract with no hassle. *********** cooperative, I reversed all my debit orders they'll call and they shouldn't worry about my credit score.
