Stay Away from MTN contracts!!!

Stay away from mtn contracts, it's easier to apply and they're very fast to approve, but you'll never be able to cancel it. My contract ended in March this year and the premiums doubled, I have been trying to terminate it with no luck, they keep on transferring me to retentions department, there you'll be on the line for hours waiting for a consultant, they'll never answer, the phone will either just hang up automatically or you'll drain all your battery. I have since given up trying, tried their emails, don't even bother, you'll not get any response. I tried to escale the matter with ICASA but they've only just given me a reference number and no clear way forward. I have a debit order of R2330 for 50gigs a day and 50gigs at night, I really don't know what to do anymore, At this point I feel like I've tried everything.
