Stay away from mtn contracts

I have paid the cancellation fee of my contract in July ,called in contract department to cancel my contact and was told It was cancelled ..in August I was debited for the same contract I cancelled ,today again I was debited ,question is????is the staff at Mtn know what they are doing or I’m just being fooled .i have made numerous calls about this issue and I’m getting no joy .ref ***, *** For years I’ve been using mtn and the service I’m getting is not pleasing !!!
