STAY AWAY FROM MTN CONTRACT.

mtn router contract prices increased so badly After 4 months taking their contract which was R 295 they increased to R339, that's an insane increase by 40 bucks, the" speed they claimed they have increased" its not even there, - the router goes offline and online as it pleases, - my worst nightmare ever, is my surname, address and email was spelled wrong, I called and asked politely to alter it, they told me next invoice will be changed, with correct details but after 2 months, it was stiil the same. -because of that sudden increase which they didn't give me an offer if I want to increase the "speed" or not, they tried to debit my account twice, which ofcos it not in the contract my, bank didn't allow that double debit, -because it it didn't go through, they want me to pay for that unsuccessful charges made to them, and I also have to pay for my bank too for that reversal, that means I have to pay double,( mtn charges and my bank charges too). I called mtn agent around 13h00 to debit the amount on Friday 17 April 26, the agent told me it went through, on Saturday next day, I notice no notification on my bank, I called again the other mtn agent, told me, the other agent were supposed to tell me that debit do go through on weekends, only during the week, I have to call them on Monday.
