Stay away from MTN Columbine Square

Stay away from this store!!!

I needed an emergency handset for my son as I am traveling. The phone kept freezing even when trying to make calls. Took the handset back a day later and the two guys at the store refuse to replace the handset or provide a refund. They even tried to update the software but failed as the handset is faulty. I told the guy I needed for my son as I am traveling. His response was that there is nothing that he can do except book it in. Now I have an emergency phone which freezes.
