Stay away from MTN Cellphone insurance.

I Have been a MTN client for most of my life. It is with great sadness that I come to Hello Peter and state my case. My ticket id is 138700 I had canceled my cellphone insurance a whole year ago and they keep on subtracting the R250 this may seem small but this adds up to R3000 where on their system I am not insured. Thus I am paying MTN for cover that I would not receive in the event of a loss. Thus I am asking either MTN assist and People on Hello Peter do not insure your cellular phones through MTN. They have already taken R3000 from me and I have called them and they had said that they would fix it yet the money had gone off. This is sad as I am an life long MTN client. You can see that I have the Ticket that shows when I had contacted MTN and still nothing had been done. Please Please Please stay away from MTN cellphone insurance.
