MTN, has been less than helpful. They’ve been sending Me from MTN shop to MTN shop with nobody being able to attend to A basic query of activating cell phone number.

MPho the manager at MTN Menlyn Maine find it more NB to go for lunch than assist their clients. Three people in a cue with waiting period of more than 45munites. There is more emplyees hanging around than clients.
