Stay away from MTN Benmore Gardens

<p>Appauling experience with an upgrade using this store. Unfortunately you are not told that this is a franchise store before walking in and that should there be additional headaches that even Mtn head office or their stores cannot take control of or exercise their own decision. Dealing with an out of box failure should be straight forward but that was far from reality. Fortunately Samsung decided to intervene as some saving grace...until their 2nd device (S7 phone) was also an out of box failure. Now I find out the contract was not even captured at the right amount as advertised. I did not sign up for all this headache and ****! Now it looks like I will need to prove to Mtn that it was their stuff up...again. This website needs to have zero stars</p>
