Stay away from MTN!!!
Three years in a row same issue with this network honestly do you not get tired and once you resolve this matter your bosses call us using a private number so we can not trace back!!!
I am tired of MTN, no allocations, over billing for no reason and the only thing they know is to suspend the SIM cards!!!! What needs to be done ???? Why are treating your customers like this for someone to experience the same thing 3 years in a row, every year around August you guys start doing shorty things and funny enough to loyal customers.
I want answers please I want this resolved!!!!!!!!

29 Sept 2023, 08:39I will come to this platform everyday until this is resolved, stores can’t assist and tell us to call the call centre and then what??? As they put us on hold then hung up if it is not a different story everyday????? MTN do better !!!!!!
