Stay away from MTN and Afrihost

I am a customer on Afrihost's mobile offering, AIrMobile, which is an MVNO on MTN's network.

For 3 days now I have a "PDP AUTHENTICATION ERROR" (which is a network error), and not had cellular data, and MTN and AH are seemingly content to let this simply be the status quo.

There has been ZERO follow up, zero intervention and zero attempt at trying to secure some kind of alternative connectivity.

I think we're all fami**** with Afrihosts awful customer service on fibre, but the mobile offering together with MTN is even worse if you have an issue: complete abdication of responsibility
