Stay away from MTN

Mtn did an upgrade without informing the customer that it is a contract renewal. No analysis was done to suit the customer's needs. No device. And after the customer want to to reverse the deal they simply refused. Then gave the customer the option if they want to cancel, they can but they WILL give a penalty fee.

Where on earth was the needs of the customer looked at. Don't customers have the option to be explained clearly what MTN are doing to the contract.

I will NEVER take a contact with MTN again. The service was by far worse than any of the other service providers and that itself is just a slap in the face.
