Stay away from MTN

Stay away from MTN! MTN is a *****ed organisation. My sons new iPhone on contract stopped working. He swooped out SIM cards with his brother to see if perhaps it was a sim problem. It was not a sim problem. But being identical brand new phones, the SIM TRAYS GOT SWOPPED. so when I sent the phone to MTN they said THE HONE HAD BEEN TAMPERED WITH SO THE WARRANTY FALLS AWAY. What a farce. I said we could swap the trays back but they said it’s too late. The SIM card tray had the wrong serial number and this constitutes TAMPERING. What a load of nonsense.
