Stay away from MTN

I signed up for home wifi and they deducted the payment immediately for pro rata and the upcoming month of December 2024. I received and email and sms confirmation of the order from MTN as well as the courier company DSV who confirmed my delivery and booked a date and time.

The delivery was suppose to be for today between 12hpp and 14h00 and 13h09 I received an sms from DSV couriers that their driver is on his way to my address. No contact details nothing. Well no driver, no delivery and no communication either. MTN has no communication channel for their poor customer service nor do they care as they have received the money and are charging pro rata for a router and service not received. Stay away from MTN. I WANT MY MONEY RE-IMBURSED IMMEDIATELY
