Stay away from MTN

They don't even deserve a star they are *******. I opened an Lte contract with them in store and canceled immediately with them because it was the incorrect system. I have been calling them for Weeks about my refund and each time I am given a different story and time frame, and now, they need to take a R1000 because it took them 3 days to action the cancelation and refund request that was done within minutes of doing the deal, prior to the payment even reflecting in their account. Utter thievery and deceit. Stay away from them!!
