STAY AWAY FROM MTN

Customer Service is a term that MTN does not understand. The fact that the country is Littered with MTN shops is an ABSOLUTE hoax, they cannot do anything other than Sell Lies. The "New and Improved" Robotic Call Assistant is ABSOLUTELY useless, and when you eventually do get through to a CSA, you either get Hung up on, Transferred to an Irrelevant Department, or Transferred to a completely different company that has no connection to your Contract whatsoever.
