STAY AWAY FROM MTN

MTN is the worst provider in South Africa, I am telling you. Their customer service is absolutely useless. Not to metion how IMPOSSIBLE it is to contact their legal department. MTN DOES NOT RESPOND TO E-MAILS. CUSTOMER SERVICE HAS SO MANY EXTENSIONS ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO ACTUALLY TALK TO A AGENT. THE LEGAL DEPARTMENT DOES NOT ANSWER THE PHONE. MTN DOES NOT RESOLVE ISSUES.
