Stay Away from MTN

I called MTN head office at 7:50 this morning 07 February 2019 on ********** regarding a query, the lady was very rude and hung up on me as she said she wont be able to assist me. Please Listen to the recording of the call as I don't believe people like that should deal with customers. My query is regarding an account that was open in my name. I haven't opened a MTN contract since my last bad experience with them and told myself I would never ever open one as they previously gave me problems when my contract ended. Why would MTN open an account in my name without me. This is very bad and would like it to be treated as a matter of urgency, otherwise will have to take this to the law like I did previously when they refused to cancel my contract.
