Stay away from MTN.

MTN and its cronies is busy trenching our pavements for a point to point fibre (between two cell phone towers). They mess up our pavement, leave litter lying around, they damaged my electric cable in the pavement – quietly covered it up without fixing it (3phase 380V cable), then when after it rained, water seeps into the damage cable and blows my electric cable. I had to struggle to get it fixed, sit without power for 1,5 days (resulting in nothing working, running up my cell phone bill, no hot water, suffer loss of income, having to cancel plans while trying to get power restored and waiting for response from Citypower) and NOBODY from MTN and cronies involved available, nor phone back on missed calls or sms’s sent and afterwards not even a phone call to apologise for the problems they created. All they care about is their "stuff", they are not even willing to consider offering us which is along the route access to fibre in return for their inconveniencing us. Stay away from MTN.
