Stay away from MTN

When applying for a home loan was told have a judgement from MTN so after a lengthy painful process I got a letter to say that this is incorrect and my account in good standing and was assured that this would be rectified. 6 months later I get a new car and have the same issue. I have spent over an hour on the phone and sent many complaints but just get ignored. I will make it my mission to tell everyone how bad MTN is and blacken their name just as they have mine - if it means the extreme of media then so be it. I will not be bul**** and neglected by a pathetic company such as MTN. Stay away people - in fact, rather take your chances with Telkom.
