MTN Online Upgrade Experience - A Letdown I recently upgraded my contract online with MTN during their Black Friday deals, and the entire experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. The so-called "champion" handling the upgrade was far from helpful, and the call center "champions" only made things worse by endlessly transferring me from one agent to another, leaving me frustrated from the very start. After a week of waiting, the delivery finally arrived, but it was incomplete—just the phone, with no buds or watch as promised in the deal. At that point, my frustration peaked, and I returned the entire package. If you’re considering an online upgrade with MTN, think twice. This experience has been deeply disappointing and has left me questioning their reliability. Proceed with caution!
