Stay Away

My contract ended 17 January 2019,full 24 month term contract now deduction to be done in February 2019 and then in March 2019. The money was deducted every month with debit order over 24 months how can you deduct for a extra 2 months? Simple stuff like these made 1 MTN client a very unhappy NON MTN client

Good day Ishie I did cancel the contract on the 18th of January 2019 like instructed by MTN "135" option 4 it shows on your system that i'm pre-paid but still i have to pay february and march 2019 ?? The opperator told me i can despute if debit order goes off,"sorry butt you have more then enough time from MTN to make sure that does not happen" Surely when a contract ends over its 24 month period and canceld on the day it ends you can't keep on taking that persons money for a extra 2 months??IT'S NOT A 26 MONTH CONTRACT
