Statements via emails
Hi, I have been trying to get my statements via email from March 2019. For some reason nobody at MTN is competent to do this. Why is that? How difficult is it to send me my statements with a VAT number on every month? The web site does not have a download available to download a statement with a VAT number on it. I need to phone each month and each month my email address is "UPDATED", but still no statements are received via email. Could somebody please investigate this? What do I need to do to get my statements sent via email? Thanks Adéle

30 Aug 2019, 12:40Further to my challenge with statements, I need to upgrade one of my numbers.
You have call centers phoning me, telling me I need to upgrade my bundle, because I have not upgraded for some time. IF I NEED TO UPGRADE THE DEVICE, I SHOULD JUST GO INTO A BRANCH.
I went into a branch, but I am not allowed to upgrade. I have been attempting with different routes, holding on endlessly to speak to one *********** call center operator after the next.
Could you please lift the upgrade on my 2nd number so that I can have it upgraded? Please check when last a device was upgraded. I am in need of a new device. Why do you get call centers telling me i HAVE to upgrade at a certain point and then they do not keep the device upgrade open.
I have been holding now for 15 minutes to speak to your retention department. Apparently you are really busy. And apologise for the inconvenience and thanks me for my patience, with terrible music playing in the background.
I have been a customer since 2000. That is almost 20 years. Do 1 contract really matter that little to you?
Please help me in upgrading my 2nd number.
