STATEMENTS REQUESTED 5 TIMES!!

PROBLEM 1 (CONTRACT FOR DATA BUNDLE) Due to the fact that I could not pull my statements at one stage due to the format, I requested statements and invoices for December 2015, January 2016 up to and including December 2016. I.E. 13 months worth of statements . I have called and requested this no less than five (5) times. On receiving my emails, I received most invoices, but not all the statements. My last call made to MTN was on 03/11/2017, and I spoke to Navuso, who was very helpful and gave me a reference number of ********** 92. This is the only time I was given a reference number. She informed me that this request would be sent to the billing/accounts department, and that I would receive my requested statements from them. As far as I'm aware I had a credit balance and have since short paid the account. I requested statements as this is how a person reconciles an account! I am now at my wits end with MTN and feel like I am banging my head up against a wall, to NO AVAIL!!!! PROBLEM 2 (CELLPHONE CONTRACT) My sons' cellphone contract is now with MTN, (he was previously with with Virgin mobile). Since he changed service providers and ported his number to MTN, he cannot receive calls or SMS's from any Cell c numbers. He has complained about this telephonically, as well as been into MTN stores to try and get this problem sorted out! ALSO TO NO AVAIL!! As his mother whose contract is with Cell c, how am I supposed to reach him in case of emergency??? The only way is to whatsapp call him, and this is not always a reliable form of communication. Much like dealing with the MTN call centre!! Now do we change service providers again, due to lack of customer care and satisfaction or be patient and wait another three months to a year for anything to happen???? I NEED THESE PROBLEMS SOLVED!!
