Statements and Invoice again not received.

All I am asking for is that my Invoices and Statements be sent to me on-line as in the past. But alas, my plea seems to fall on deaf ears. I am told to look up the invoice on the internet - it does not work like getting them sent via email. What a pity service has dropped to such low standards
