Statements

Good day. I just want to know, how long does it take to send a statement? I have not received statements for a very long time, requested this via the Client Care email. I escalated this more than once. I had feedback, each time different, from 2 - 3 days, then 7 days etc. The original request was logged on 27 October. Surely this cannot take a month?
