Statement query
called on the 2nd Feb 15 to enquire on my outstanding balance on my contract anf the lady I spoke to confirmed R418, told me there is no arrear amount and unblocked my line, this is after you emailed me my statement on the 24 Jan 15. Therefore according to my knowledge as per the proof on the statement my outstanding balance is R0.00 <br> <br> I just called again and Julian was unable to explain to me why the statement shows R0.00 balance so I guess the debt has been wriyten off so I will pay the R414 and close the account. ( or else I will be contacting Icasa/ Cpa)<br> <br> Looking forward to your urgent respose.<br> <br> Regards<br> <br> Nkuli
