Statement incorrect.

Mtn has not rep**** to my emails/complaints. Contact centre no 135 no consultants to speak to. My statement dd 16 March to 17 April 2020 is incorrect no credit for R591 showing for 20 March 2020, also states that my primary contact no is a cell no for someone else? States i owe R1182.? My 2nd line is not number is not even on my statement. My debit order for 25 April hasnt been debited to my acc. Then i got a 2nd email with a statement showing a nil balance. What is going on? Why cant MTN answer
