Statement

I've tried to contact MTN regarding my contract with them as i was unemployed for 3 months last year. i later found out that MTN had listed me on ITC even if i was making a payment of R 500.00 early this year. i then requested that MTN send me my statement to find out how much i was in arrears with and till this day they can't provide me with my statement but they can tell me that i owe them R 18000.00...... <br> <br> if i owe MTN 18000.00 i need a statement to show me that i owe them R 18000.00 and how did it come to that figure.<br> <br> <br> i would really appreciate that MTN sort this out so that i can continue with my contract.<br>
