i have a contract with them ,a guy FRUADULATLY wanted to make a sale without my knowledge i only realise now he did an early upgrade an cancelled my devices to my suprice collections is calling me to pay an settlement amount i did not know anything about....sad part i called and requested to speak to a manager he promised on a recorded line that he will put everything back to normal but that never happed the name of the guy u committed ***** is ***,please assist i cant let my name go on a credit berou bcz of an internal thing
