Stagnation on the request for a refund

Ive been an mtn contract customer since 2019 and this is the first time dealing with a refund issue I have had multiple enquiries on a refund and more than 2 weeks later no sign of when ill receive it. Not even the email or call centre agents can resolve this. I have supp**** them with bank statements, invoices and still......mxm
