Staff Not willing to help POOR service

So The past 2 month MTN haven't been able to debit off their money from my account however I did pay cash even though I paid quiet late at around the 8th and 7th, due to lack of time to going to the Banks and all.. but I did pay anyway. I phoned them yesterday I was told that there is an amount on 60 days on my account and that reflect bad on My ITC, are they foreal??? To my understanding the only amount that is due should be R669 for July as I have short paid with 18 in June. But hey when I phoned MTN I was told my account is overdue with 668 that's on 60days. I mean really??? I paid with cash but for some reason it does not appear on my account or the invoice was not allocated 2 cash paid I do not understand. <br> <br> Because of all of this complications I then asked them to debit off my account yesterday for the July invoices and guess what? when I woke up this Morning I received an SMS sayin my debit order has been cancelled I should now pay cash...I DID NOT ask for cash payment I even updated my banking details with them do they can debit me off the outstanding amount?? I cant wait for my contract to expire already so I can move. WAT A POOR SERVICE . Cash me on ***
